• CALL OUTS: Attend & Fix Existing Units within the M25
  Call out Charge (During Normal Working Hours) = £80 then £65.00 per hour
  + parking & congestion charge + any Materials Required
• DIAGNOSTIC:- If you want us to diagnose the fault and submit a quotation for
  fixing it:- (i.e. to find the fault and submit a quote to repair) the Cost is:- £80
  (which is refundable if you decide to go ahead with the quotation.)

• Costs Out Side Normal working Hours
  Callout after 5.00pm till 8.00pm (Mon - Fri) = £120.00
  Callout after 8.00pm till 8.00am (Mon - Fri and Weekends) = £160.00

We repair Mobile Portable Air Conditioning Units at our Feltham, Middlesex, Workshop. You Deliver (or we collect - chargeable). We charge £40.00 for the diagnostic, usually this covers the service and fixes the unit (about 50% of the time). If a repair is viable (90% of the rest), we will quote you for the repair.

You then collect (or we deliver - chargeable).
